Meet the Spirit of Japan in Our Cocktails
To celebrate the easing of lockdown, we have launched a new cocktail menu in collaboration with Suntory, featuring eight bespoke drinks, each influenced by a different region of Japan.
From the southernmost shores of volcanic Kyushu to the rugged northern island of Hokkaido, every drink pays homage to Japan’s distinctive cultural nuances and its iconic ingredients. The cocktails are available to enjoy on our secret terrace - now open to book from midday and throughout the afternoon - and a handful are also available from Dinings at Home.
Cocktails on the menu include the Cherry Blossom Margarita (Tohoku), created with Sakura leaf infused Tequila & Kumquat liqueur and our signature Dinings SW3 Negroni (Kanto), inspired by the birthplace of umami with notes of seaweed and ginger.
Each of the eight new drinks makes for the perfect al fresco aperitif or to accompany chef Masaki Sugisaki’s elegant menu.
