Dinings SW3 at Verdura

From Wednesday 10th August to Saturday 11th September, we will be taking over the Liolà Terrace, a seaside spot on the extensive grounds of the hotel known for its breathtaking sunsets. 

The menu will celebrate the incredible ingredients from the region, including fish caught just off the coast and fruit and vegetables grown in the volcanic-rich soil. As we do in London, Executive Chef Masaki will use Japanese techniques and produce to compliment those found locally, such as adding Sicilian lemon to our signature sea bass carpaccio or searing Italian wagyu on the robata grill.

WIN a stay at Verdura Resort in Sicily
