Cheers To Our New Cocktails

Our bar team has been working on a bold and creative new cocktail list that pays homage to Japan’s distinctive produce and cultural nuances. Weaving its way from the southernmost region of Japan to the northernmost, each cocktail on the list embodies the signature flavours and essence of its given domain.

Staying true to our ethos, our new cocktails use sustainable, local ingredients wherever possible. We have also limited our wastage by incorporating or reusing ingredients that would usually be thrown away, such as avocado stones which we make into a syrup for our Tiki Toki cocktail.

The cocktails are available to enjoy at the Dinings SW3 Bar from midday onwards by themselves or with any of the dishes on Masaki's menu - no need to book.
